Hey, internet! It's me, Holly. I'm here to talk about favorites. I'm going to list my top five favorite songs,  and top three favorite bands and TV shows to date. The date is May 26th, 2013. Here we go!

Here is my reasoning for picking these songs. Starting at number five. I love Carry On because the message is great, unlike most songs these days. The main themes are usually partying or love, but this is a nice, unique message. Thrift Shop is hilarious, and it's one of the only songs that I can rap entirely. When I Was Your Man is so sweet. I also love Bruno Mars' voice. He is amazing, and is one of my favorite singers. Mermaid has an awesome beat, and it's by Train, my favorite band to date! And Soul Sister is an amazing song. I have loved this song for a very long time. It's been a favorite for a while.
Have you noticed yet that there are no One Direction or Justin Beiber songs? You might think that a girl of my age would obsess over them, and you are right. But not me. I hate Justin Beiber. And One Direction isn't horrible, but you will never catch me listening to their songs.

I like the band Coldplay because they have a very unique sound. I enjoy Maroon 5 because I've always like their songs. They are always coming up with something new and interesting. The lead singer also has a unique voice. Train is my favorite band because all of their songs are great. There is no bad song in any of their albums.

TV Shows
3. Criminal Minds
2. Pretty Little Liars
1. Fruits Basket
Criminal Minds is great show because the entire show is not the people trying to find the killer. Lots of times half of it is from the killer's point of view, or a flashback. Pretty Little Liars has so many twists and turns. Nothing is what it seems. Fruits Basket is an anime series that I just love. I don't know how or why I became obsessed, but I always find myself coming back to it.

I Am Wind

Hey everyone! It's been a while, hasn't it? Today I'd like to share a poem I wrote in writing class. It's kind of silly, but I like it! Here it is.

I am wind.
Always in a hurry.
Rushing, running, screeching
around corners, without end.
Picking up the leaves, and
sending them on a spinning
adventure
in the sky.
I am endless,
racing to nowhere.
Wailing, crying, screaming.
Whisking on
and on.
Forever rushed,
forever late...
I am wind.

My Birthday!

My birthday is officially in one week! I'm super excited!! I really want a phone for my birthday, since my parents have not yet given me one. So annoying! Anyway, I hope to see you again soon.

Straight Hair? Why Not?

 Hello, everyone. I'm here on very serious business. Just kidding. I just got a new straightener! Well, it's not like I've had one before this. But, you know, whatever. The package arrived today and I got it out as quickly as possible which, honestly, probably wasn't the best idea. I almost scratched it!! 

But it's ok. I love the color and the size. It is from Remington, which you can kind of see from the picture.

While I show a few more pictures, I'm going to chat about what has been going on with me recently...
I am now on February Vacation! No school for a week and two days. I will try to post on here a lot, but I also will have to post on Youtube and try to keep in contact with all of my friends from school.

I mean, I can't just abandon them for a week, can I? That would kill both me and them!
I will be starting a little poll on the side of the page. It will change every time I get the chance to change it. There will be no specific time when I will change it, because I would completely forget about and look like an idiot. This way, I don't need to worry about deadlines!
Have I told you about my puppy yet? Probably not. Well, he is an adorable black lab puppy named Phineas. Be prepared for lots of pictures of him in the near future. I can already think of some of the pictures that I want to include in the post. Adorable puppies everywhere!
Did you guys hear about the snow storm from the
past week or so? Well, i have. Because I was in it! We got over two feet of snow. A lot of the snow has melted by now, but there is still quite a lot of it left over.
